Terms and Conditions - Spindlewood Luxury break Free Prize Draw

 

1. Eligibility 1.1 The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over. 1.2 Employees of Spindlewood Country Holiday Park and their immediate family members, or anyone else connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter. 1.3 Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

 

2. How to Enter​ 2.1 To enter, participants must complete the official entry form available at https://spindlewood.co.uk/free-prize-draw during the promotional period. 2.2 Entries must be received by 23:59 on 31st August 2025. 2.3 Only one entry per person will be accepted.

 

3. Prize Details 3.1 The prizes are as follows: 1st Prize:** Two luxury weekends and two luxury midweek stays at Spindlewood Country Holiday Park. 2nd Prize:** Two luxury weekends at Spindlewood Country Holiday Park. 3rd Prize:** Sunday dinner for four people at Lilly Pads Restaurant at Spindlewood Country Holiday Park. 3.2 Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.3.3 The winner is responsible for all additional costs not included in the prize.

 

4. Winner Selection and Notification 4.1 The winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received by the closing date. 4.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date. 4.3 The winners will be notified by email or phone within 14 days of the draw. 4.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

 

5. Publicity 5.1 By entering, participants agree to their name and town/city being published on the Spindlewood Country Holiday Park website and social media channels if they win.

 

6. Data Protection 6.1 Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the prize draw. 6.2 Winners’ details may be published as described in Clause 5.

 

7. General 7.1 The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw due to circumstances beyond their control. 7.2 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms 8.1 Entry into the prize draw constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
