It is well stocked with carp and generous enough to reward a seasoned angler, forgiving enough for a novice.
What changes with the Lakeside development is you can enjoy its tranquility and calming effects morning, noon and night.

Each planned lodge is sited to hold the view, with generous decking that runs towards the water's edge and full-height glazing that brings the lake indoors. Inside: open-plan living, a luxury appointed kitchen, en-suite comfort, and insulation and heating built to residential standard.
The Victory Highcroft

Farmhouse character with a thoroughly modern heart. The Highcroft is a lodge built for company: open-plan living that draws everyone into one room, and quieter corners to slip away to when you want them. Ambient lighting for the end of the evening, a bar area that takes a cocktail seriously, and a modular sofa you can rearrange around whoever has turned up. Then the doors open, and our lake does the rest.

The Victory Wisteria
40ft x 20ft
Room for everyone, which is rather the point. The Wysteria gives you forty feet of free-flowing open-plan living, a guest bedroom you can configure around whoever is coming, and enough considered storage that the suitcases have disappeared within ten minutes of arriving. There is a full-size bath waiting at the end of a long day on the bank. And light on three sides, with the water in front of you.

The Highcroft and the Wysteria have taken their positions on the bank. The remaining two plots are open and rather than choose a lodge for them, we would rather you did.
So tell us how you actually use a lodge. Whether you need a third bedroom or a wider veranda. Whether the whole family arrives at once in August, or it is mostly the two of you (and a rod). We will find the lodge that suits, and site it to make the most of the water.
