Your VIP tour is designed to help you experience all of this and more. Whether you’re seriously considering a holiday home or simply curious, the tour is all about you. No pressure, no pushy sales pitch. Just a warm welcome, a cuppa, and an opportunity to discover all you need to know about ownership and enjoy our lovely facilities for the day.

Here’s what you can expect from a visit to Spindlewood Country Holiday Park.

Step1: You’re Here!

On arrival our team is here to make you feel comfortable. You can relax with a tea, coffee, or something cool if the sun’s shining, and have a chat with us about your requirements and we can answer all your immediate questions.

Step 2: Park Tour

After refreshments have been taken, most visitors just want to get out on park to see what we have to offer. It’s also an opportunity to discuss annual running costs, the price range of holiday homes and see exactly what you get for the money.

Park highlights include:

● A cosy restaurant and bar

● Live occasional entertainment in the clubhouse

Step 3: Discussing Your Budget and Exploring Matching Models

If the park facilities and costs tick your boxes, you may then decide to discuss how you intend to fund your purchase and the budget that you have set yourself. We will then show you all the models which match your requirements, in terms of finances and features.

Step 4: Time for Lunch

During a complimentary lunch in our lovely restaurant, you can take your time to think about everything you’ve seen and discuss whether Spindlewood ticks every one of your boxes. You may also think of one or two more questions that you hadn’t thought of. You may also have the chance to talk to other owners and get their opinions of the park and how it’s run.

Step 5: What happens if we decide to buy?

Once all your questions have been answered, you may feel that Spindlewood is indeed your ideal location for a holiday home. So what then?

Most of our clients want to get the ball moving asap, and choose to pay the full 20% deposit. If the home that you wish to buy is already on the park (i.e. we don’t have to order from the factory), your new home will be prepared, and ready to move into, usually within 14 days. Once the balance is paid, we conduct a PDI with our new owner, and they move in.

On occasions, we can accept lower deposits, often because customers are waiting for funds to be released from banks/ pensions etc
